Bugs on a log

Ingredients

• ½ cucumber
• cheese spread
• 1 small box of raisins

Method

Serves 4. Costs under £2

Wash and cut the cucumber into two (lengthways) and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

Squeeze the cheese into the hollow and dot the cheese with raisins to resemble “bugs” sitting on the log.

Cut into pieces about 3cm long. Serve right away

Note. This would also work with celery.
