Spicy baked tortilla chips

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 10 small tortilla wraps

Method

Preheat oven to 180 C. 

Mix oil, cayenne pepper and salt and brush lightly onto both sides of the wraps.

Stack the wraps on top of each other and cut into triangular wedges.  Place wedges on baking trays in a single layer and bake in oven for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.  Serve warm or cold.

Note. Once cooled these will keep in an airtight container for 1 week.  Delicious served with salsa, hoummous, guacamole or just as they are.
