Easy peasy pizza

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons tomato passata or pasta sauce
  • 2 mushrooms or ΒΌ green pepper
  • 125g low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 2 bread rolls
  • 1 tomato

Method

Cut rolls in half and place on greased baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce onto bread. 

Cut tomato, mushrooms or pepper into thin slices and place on top.

Slice cheese and arrange onto bread and cover tomato sauce.  Season and drizzle with oil.   

Bake for 20 mins.  Great for a snack or with a salad as a main meal.

Note. You can alternate toppings with added grated cheese and extra vegetable toppings ie. tomato, corn kernels, mushrooms, peppers, pineapple.
