Chicken nuggets
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1-2 eggs
- Crushed cornflakes
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Seasoning
- Spray Oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Put plain flour into a bowl.
Put crushed cornflakes, breadcrumbs and seasoning together in another bowl.
Whisk egg in a bowl and set aside.
Cut chicken into small pieces and place each piece into the plain flour, then the egg and finally the cornflakes and breadcrumbs and place on a wire rack or oven tray, then spray with a little oil,
Place in the oven for 15 minutes, turn each chicken piece over and return to the oven for a further 10-15 minutes (until golden in colour).
