Cauliflower and broccoli mornay with pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cauliflower
  • 2 oz broccoli
  • 2 oz  pasta (spaghetti)
  • ¼ pt milk
  • 1½ teaspoon cornflour
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese

Method

Break up spaghetti into small pieces and place in boiling water and cook until soft.

Prepare and cook the vegetables. Grate cheddar cheese and set aside.

Mix milk and corn flour together in a bowl and bring to the boil in a non stick pan, stirring continuously.  

Add the cheese and remove when the cheese has melted.

Mix the pasta, vegetables and sauce together.
