Stewed apple and custard
Ingredients
- 1 eating apple (medium)
- 2 fl oz water
- 3 fl oz milk
- 1½ tsp corn flour
Method
Core and peel the apple and cook by poaching in water until soft, and puree.
Mix milk and corn flour together and using a non stick pan bring the custard to the boil stirring continuously.
Add the apple puree and some more milk to the mixture to thicken.
