Fish fingers

Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 large egg
  • 125g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • Seasoning
  • Spray oil
  • 3 tbspn water

Method

Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 4.

Cut the fish into finger pieces.  

Put Plain flour into bowl with seasoning and set aside.  

Whisk egg and water (in order to coat each piece of fish).

Coat each piece into plain flour, then egg and finally the ruskoline (breadcrumbs) and place on the wire rack and spray with some oil. 

Place in the oven for 30 minutes turning once mid way through cooking time. (until a golden colour).   Serve.
