{"id":583,"date":"2020-03-03T14:52:06","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T14:52:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.healthyhebrideankids.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=583"},"modified":"2020-03-03T15:45:35","modified_gmt":"2020-03-03T15:45:35","slug":"recipe-spaghetti-bolognaise","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.healthyhebrideankids.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=583","title":{"rendered":"Recipe &#8211; Spaghetti Bolognaise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Spaghetti bolognaise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tablespoons vegetable oil<\/li><li>1 onion chopped<\/li><li>1 clove garlic chopped<\/li><li>4 oz lean minced beef<\/li><li>\u00bc pint water<\/li><li>1 tablespoon tomato puree<\/li><li>Marjoram or oregano<\/li><li>Diced mushrooms<\/li><li>Spaghetti<\/li><li>Grated parmesan cheese<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using medium sized pan add the vegetable oil and heat up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the diced onion and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes (cook without colour).  Add the beef and cook, colouring lightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add \u00bc pt boiling water, tomato puree and herbs to the beef and simmer until tender.  Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile cook the spaghetti for 12-15 minutes until soft.  Drain well in a colander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrange spaghetti on plate with bolognaise in the middle of the plate.
