{"id":557,"date":"2020-03-03T14:29:01","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T14:29:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.healthyhebrideankids.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=557"},"modified":"2020-03-03T14:29:01","modified_gmt":"2020-03-03T14:29:01","slug":"recipe-cottage-pie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.healthyhebrideankids.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=557","title":{"rendered":"Recipe &#8211; Cottage Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Cottage Pie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50 g\u00a0 lean minced Beef<\/li><li>25 g chopped veg (carrots, leeks, swede, celery etc in small dice)<\/li><li>\u00bd small onion, diced<\/li><li>50-100g mashed potatoes (or a mix of root veg: celeriac, sweet potatoes, etc) <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and sweat onions.  Once softened and began to colour, add other veg and cook for about 5 mins until softened. Once cooked, set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brown the meat in the pan.
