{"id":510,"date":"2020-03-03T10:26:50","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T10:26:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.healthyhebrideankids.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=510"},"modified":"2020-03-03T10:27:22","modified_gmt":"2020-03-03T10:27:22","slug":"recipe-beef-goulash","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.healthyhebrideankids.scot.nhs.uk\/?page_id=510","title":{"rendered":"Recipe &#8211; Beef Goulash"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Beef Goulash<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\u00bc lb lean stewing steak<\/li><li>1 oz flour<\/li><li>1 tablespoon oil<\/li><li>1 onion peeled and thinly sliced<\/li><li>\u00bc pint stock<\/li><li>14 oz\/400g can tomatoes<\/li><li>1 teaspoon tomato puree<\/li><li>4 oz peas<\/li><li>1 teaspoon paprika<\/li><li>2-3 tablespoons fromage frais<\/li><li>Salt and pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dice meat, brown with the oil in a non stick pan.\u00a0 Coat the browned meat with flour. Remove from pan and saut\u00e9, sliced onion until soft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return meat to pan and add stock, tomatoes and puree.
